Horrible does not describe the customer service this place offers. The attitude from them on the phone is beyond dictatorship. They state they DO NOT ANSWER the phones in the MORNING AND THEN YELL AT us for wanting additional information on a product. What a horrible mean miserable woman this place has as a phone rep. It took 9 calls during business hours to actually get a person to answer and then to be talked to in this manner for simply trying to do business with them...
