Colleen is professional and competent. She is one an extremely very few attorneys in the area who will even look a medical negligence case. She is a lawyer with a nurses background. I would highly recommend her!!!
She wouldn't accept a complex yet very needed case to help people who were unfairly treated by a hospital and others. I guess not important enough..why did she become a lawyer exactly?
This review is solely regarding the lady who answered the phone. Rude and inconsiderate. Minimized my injury and basically said it’s not that serious. I’m thankful I found a firm that is familiar with handling this type of claim. Wow, just wow lady. Horrible first impression, as you are the first point of contact for the firm.
I spoke with a representative over the phone who was very polite and professional when handling my request. I appreciate the level of expertise as well as the courteous nature of the interaction.
We are so thankful that we had Colleen Carboy on our side! After multiple attempts of trying to find an attorney who would help us after our elderly mother was physically assaulted, Colleen was the only one who was willing to meet with us. Her background as a nurse still shines through with the empathy and compassion she displayed toward us and especially with our mother.
