In business almost 30 years and we're still using hand-written, 3-part carbon sales forms. Switched to Carbonless On Demand about 3 years ago. Outstanding customer service, easy online reordering, orders always correct. The company (formerly known as NEBS) that I used for over 25 years was charging me more than 4x the cost for the same forms.
Terrible customer service. When they mess up, YOU PAY for their F UP, LOL!
