This a rating for John Carbone’s acts of kindness, compassion, empathy and integrity. We live out of town but our son was in an emergency situation last night. Due to our son’s privacy I won’t go into detail. We even offered John compensation for helping us. He humbly said no but that he would gladly help us the best he could; and he did. This is the absolute best auto shop ive ever come across. John the owner is the most honest and reliable mechanic u will find in CT. I now send my mother to him and anyone i come in contact with looking for a shop. A+ work.. cant say enough good things!
How dare you leave such a terrible review!!! This man goes above and beyond for his customers. You must have not finished paying him and from his big heart he trusted you to pay. Did you not check the oil like he told you to??? Were you supposed to add some??? Duh!!! I bought a **** ****** ******from John Carbone, because he was a personal friend of mine and I thought I could trust him. To sell me a safe reliable car for my 17 yr old daughter. He told me he’d get her a new bumper and tires , he lied. Bumper was damaged and he just rotated the tires. On the 23 of march The vehicle died at a stop sign. Then restarting.
