My husband and I eat here often, and the food is always good. The restaurant is very clean and the wait staff is always nice.
This is a 4.5. I’ll start with my reason why I’m not going with a 5. My comment on that is that good food is worth waiting for. We went tonight with our granddaughter for our weekly night out. She chose Mexican and we chose this Latin kitchen. I loved the ambience. The music. The fireplace on one TV. The service. The genuine friendliness. The ambience. The food! There is outdoor seating. I had a great time here , amazing service! I was being helped by a server and she was so friendly and helped a lot with the menu ! Her name was Brenda. Amazing service from her and she made the experience there the best. The food was also very delicious and even by the looks it looked amazing. The whole experience here at carbonero was great and I really appreciate the servers attentive to my table.
By far the best Mexican food in Fredericksburg. After moving from Texas we were missing everything on the menu. Authentic, delicious, and a great price. Some of the best food in town. Brenda and Emma were great! Barbacoa tacos are mandatory, but there’s a lot on the menu and it’s all delicious.
