Dr David Carbonnel is a Great teacher of unraveling the Anxiety trick. I stumbled across his work in 2018 and have adopted many of the principles of his teachings. There is a reason there is only like him! I choose to believe that is because life sometimes just serves good things and I was lucky to have found him.
Simply put…. He is the best Anxiety therapist. If you have any doubts… just go once! He has helped me immensely and it wasn’t a never ending relationship of 12 years…. I saw him for a few months-and now use his books as needed. I have referred my family and friends-specific for anxiety and OCD… and it worked! He is very effective, very compassionate, and funny too! Honestly, he just gets it and knows how to nip and treat it!
