Spent the evening in emerg with my 2 month old because he was struggling to breathe. They tested him for rsv and sent us on our way stating that the results take about 24 hours to process. I've called them twice asking about the results and they've told me they do not take personal calls and the only way to get the results is to bring my NEWBORN back to the ER located an hour away. Staff is incredibly rude, wouldn’t even let me know if my niece was still registered after hours of wait time. We stepped out for 5 minutes to get some air as the place was packed. No regard for patients. If this is how you interact with the public, especially sick children - find a new job.
I was brought to emergency via ambulance at 11 am in severe pain. It’s now 3:40 pm, I am now in excruciating pain in your waiting room. Don’t dare ask a question, you met with a dirty look and I don’t know as an answer. What does it take to ge some help here?????
