Never had a bad experience here before but today was something else. I made an appointment 2-3 weeks ago, and dropped my car off on Friday at 3:45pm. They told me it would be done when I come get it tomorrow morning. I show up at 8:45am to pick it up. To be told that they are still working on it, I passed the inspection and all they had to do was finish the oil change. I waited an hr and half for an oil change apparently (left at 1030pm). I asked for my car to be washed and was told they would do it and of course it wasn’t! That has happened more than once now. Very disappointing
