The redhead scammed me on breaks after less than a year of light use on a brand new car. Unfortunately I was swayed and forked over a stupid amount of money while getting a routine inspection of a brand new car. I didn’t know what I was looking at and it was obvious- so the ginger service guy manipulated upselled told me I’d die if I left without full replacement of all break pads!! Service was fine, customer service was pretty lacking. Service advisor did not provide pricing prior to service, and did not seem interested in the job. Not sure I will come back here.
