Carbone fitness is such an amazing training center! The sense of community that immediately welcomes you when you walk in the door is like nothing I have ever experienced before. It’s not just your typical training center it offers so much to fit your individual need. They have a full recovery lounge and the BEST hot yoga classes. Special shout out to Greg who is the absolute best! And make sure to take allllll the hot yoga classes !!
