Recently, I had a bit of a dental emergency right before a vacation. Even though they were booked, they did me a huge favor by getting me in last minute, saving my trip. Thank you!
So I made a mistake.....I have always paid immediately every time after I received a bill from Carbondale family dental. I have been going to them for over 4 years and never had a problem. Then I missed two appointments in back to back weeks when I was taking my EMT finals at Colorado Mountain College. I have never missed medical appts in the past and do not intend to in the future. Awesome team at Carbondale Family Dental! The dentists and hygienists are great to work with.
My experience with Carbondale Family Dentistry was very revealing as to the attitude of the Dentist who owns the facility. I was a first time customer, had a wonderful dental hygienist who did my cleaning, then the Dentist shows up and asked me how things were, I said great. I was tight on time and let him know that I didn't want an inspection by him, he asked me if I wanted to set another appointment and I let him know that since I was new to the area I might check out other offices.
