They were terrible. I received more help from reading books than the counseling they provided me. They never checked for my co-pay either and now I have a bill for random charges. Also they don’t have a secretary to keep track of appointments. My therapist didn’t show up for a session yet I was stil charged. It’s just like any usual movie like psych center; they want your money not to help you

I have never had a bad experience here. I have been going to CCA since its inception and I have definitely grown as a person and through my insecurities while being a client. I am happy to see this resource is still available in southern Illinois.
