I so badly wanted to write a positive review. Used them twice, would never recommend them. There is never any communication, responses are condescending and unhelpful. Buying and selling a home is a difficult, stressful situation. The amount of money being thrown around should buy you an understanding of that process, and some sort of guidance. You will not find that with them.
We thought Patrick (Patrick ONLY) was very friendly and personable. However, selling our first home with them always felt more like they were working for the buyers. I would not recommend.
This office was used by the buyers bank when we sold our house. I found it funny when I read the mission statement on their webpage. Our closing was held up for over 2 weeks because the attorney wouldn't schedule it, even though all parties were requesting a closing ASAP and all paperwork was submitted. It cost three families extra money, time and aggravation. The buyers agent was told to stop contacting the office because they would get to it when they could.
