I unfortunately had a terrible experience at the salon, which was a referral, and I do not recommend it. I went in for a full highlight and provided photos to guide the stylist on my desired color tone, including both highlights and lowlights. I also brought my clip-in Belmeade hairpiece for reference. First, Carbon Salon is housed in a beautiful building that’s kind of hidden, but once you turn off the road, you can’t miss it. The front desk staff is super friendly and prompt. It was my first visit and I instantly felt at ease after being introduced to my hairstylist, the beautiful smiling Kiana. After the consultation, she immediately went to work.
