I dropped in to Carbon Method a couple of times while back in Auckland for work (I trained at the old facility about 5 years ago). Everyone was so friendly and welcoming, the new gym is amazing, and the programming & coaching was brilliant. Highly recommend to anyone whether dropping in for some training while visiting Auckland, or joining as a member. Will be back every time I visit AKL 🙌🏼.
This gym is very diverse and inclusive. Indeed a beautiful CrossFit community and the coaches are very approachable and knowledgeable too.
