We trained at Carbon Method CrossFit and absolutely loved the experience. The atmosphere in the box is great, and everyone was incredibly friendly from the moment we arrived. Coach Seamus was really attentive, explained everything clearly, and made us feel right at home. Highly recommended!
Spacious and well equipped gym, with great coaching with heavy emphasis on technique! People here and coaches were very friendly and helpful to newer people. Thanks to Melissa, Mark and Adrien for the lessons. Would drop by again whenever in the area!
The coaching, environment and people make Carbon Method a really enjoyable place to train. Everyone is very helpful when it comes to helping less experienced people get going. I never thought in my wildest dreams I would be able to do a bar muscle up, with the help of Mark, Mel and Adrien (and other members) I can!

Carbon has THE BEST programming and coaching of any Crossfit gym in Auckland. I have grown so much as an athlete since joining here. Specifically, my gymnastics skill & lifting capabilities have both grown past what I ever imagined I would be able to do... all thanks to super intelligent programming & the wealth of expertise on their coaching team.
