I have always had excellent experience and excellent service when working with any of the providers at carbon medical.They are all very professional.But make you feel very comfortable. The MA's, the front desk, the pharmacy staff, they are all super friendly and the atmosphere is always very welcoming..
Good people they did so well on my teeth I just got a cleaning but my teeth look and feel so clean I’d highly recommend
I had Erin Hart clean my teeth today and for the first time I feel like she not only did her job to perfection but she also taught me so much about how to better take care of my teeth by explaining the why and how! She had me use a mirror to watch her floss my teeth and I felt like part of the process. Now I understand that truly clean and healthy teeth/mouth takes a team effort! Dental never answers their phones or returns calls. They won't work with you on payments knowing that people come here because of their low to no income. Got one tooth pulled and I hurt for weeks, not days. Things weren't healing right and now because they won't work with me on payments, I get to go with no lower teeth. Can't eat hardly anything without getting sores in my mouth. They told me in the beginning that they would work with me but they were all lies.
Willing to work with our insurance especially after my husband's vehicle accident. Our other family doctors @Gagon refused to help us.
