GO TO CARBON IF YOU WANT BILLS YEARS INTO THE FUTURE I went to Carbon all the way back in 2023 for a sprained foot. I got an x-ray and just this week in 2025 I got a bill from them -- literally 2 years later. I paid for the initial visit and they sent me a series of apparently incorrect emails showing that I paid for my visit in total. I contacted support, but they refused to waive the fee. I already knew I wouldn't return, but receiving this email re-confirmed how awful their operations are and would never recommend them.
I’ve had a wonderful experience at Carbon Health, Santa Clara Square! Dr Tran & the team went above-and-beyond to help me with a time-sensitive matter. Ongoing care is very diligent and thoughtful - and everyone is really nice. Highly recommend the clinic!
Worst experience possible, was 10 mins early for the appointment for a blood test. The place had just 2 people ahead of me. Waited for 50 mins in the waiting area. The person at the front desk was confrontational upon aking for estimated time remaining. Had to leave without the test. Such a huge waste of time.
