I was able to make a last-minute appointment on the phone and was pleasantly surprised by how smooth everything went. The person who answered the phone was kind and reassuring, letting me know that I could be seen. When I arrived at the clinic, the wait time was short and efficient. Very quick and easy on a Saturday.
This Urgent care service is one of the worst!! They took my blood for test but lost it and called me for a second blood draw!! I drive 20 miles to my appointment and right now am still waiting for them to get my blood Over 40 minutes!! All they care is about money and charging people , the first time they took my blood was on 8/22/25 and then After a week they called me saying the lost the blood sample and wanted me to come back for another bloodwork that had me wait for over 40 minutes Don’t go to this place for ur urgent c... read more
Today I visited Santa Clara for a TB test. Everyone—from the front desk to the nurse—was extremely kind and professional. The process was explained clearly, it was quick, and done with great care. I felt well taken care of and I’m very satisfied. Thank you to the team—highly recommend!
