Great new mgmt! I visited the clinic a few days after Carbon health filed for bankruptcy. I wasn’t expecting much. Instead, the friendly staff got me the help I needed.
Excellent, excellent providers but the front desk/appt/account access is frustrating. Because the providers are great (especially Kristen) we have used the Hillsdale location multiple times for my kids. The part I find Most frustrating is that each patient must have a separate email and telephone (seems like a mom should be able to have herself and her kids on one account - who has three phones? Three emails?) The other thing is I had an appt, yet waited a full hour in waiting room while waiting walk-ins went in before me. (... read more
