Went in for urgent care because I had rolled my ankle on a hike. And was seen almost immediately which was great and re-assuring to find out that I only had a minor sprain for my ankle staff was also attentive and friendly and my provider was kind enough to wrap up my ankle to add stability when I walk.
Went in for an appointment, got charged, but unfortunately they didn't have all the materials needed to complete the procedure. Went home and still need to fix issues. Staff was nice.
They will charge you the money/insurance.. make you wait for an hour.. and then tell you that they don’t have staff to serve you. Why open the center then?
Feels like you’re in a black mirror episode with black mirror characters talking and giving customer service while forcing a fake smile. Not a great experience. Would recommend you going to a less dystopian urgent care with actually humans to talk to. There’s also NO doctor on site. Just a few PAs…
