Terrible experience. They promised follow-up but never did. No X-ray was available here, and I was told to go to another urgent care for that. I regret coming here and would not recommend this clinic.
I made an appointment and all was well, although the girl checking people in, took somebody that arrived after me so I didn’t like that as I am semi-handicapped and I need to sit in a chair. I can’t stand up in line. Also when I saw a provider a nurse practitioner Apparently they made an appointment for me to come back again, which I wasn’t aware of. I have never had such a good experience walking into the clinic where everyone, from the receptionist and the nurse to the doctor, is very attentive and knowledgable. I am very thankful such a clinic exists.
Don't go here unless you have the common cold, because they can't handle much more than that. Very upsetting and physically painful waste of time. Ended up going to the ER, I had a broken foot, wasted a day going here first. Website says they have an x-ray machine, but no x-ray technician on site or the hours during which they operate. No pain medications either.
