This Carbon health has always been A+. Super quick, very nice and understanding nurses, doctors & staff who update quickly, results come back quick and are good at what they do. It is also very clean and comfortable. I moved to East County and drive an hour to come to this urgent care.
Set an appointment. Appointment confirmed multiple times. Drive to clinic. I’m informed they aren’t staffed today for the type of appointment I booked. Despite selecting the type of appointment being part of booking the appointment. Carbon Health: You know how to take the appointment…you just don’t know how to hold the appointment. And that’s really the most important part. The holding. Anyone can just take them. Get your internal booking controls figured out so you don’t waste people’s time.
Im very thankful to Carbon healthcare, the team they are very beautiful person very kind and the most important very professional. They treat me as a human being and the Doctor Who I see for my problem. She’s just amazing.
