Staff lacked professionalism and bedside manner. The NP was dismissive and condescending, rather than being caring or helpful. That’s the last thing you need when you’re feeling at your worst. The place was empty (now I understand why), yet the visit was very rushed. The NP did not provide adequate care, testing, or treatment. If you really need urgent care, go elsewhere.

They were unable to honor my appointment and after waiting an hour with additional wait time unknown and 6 people ahead of me, I went elsewhere (exer in la Canada) and got seen as a walk in right away. Next time I’m going there first
Worse place to get care. I had a scheduled appointment for a urine drug screen at 10:30 a.m. Despite arriving on time, receptionist Paula Marquez informed me that I would be required to wait approximately two hours before being seen because she is doing receptionist, also giving injections and doing procedures. Furthermore, when I requested to speak with a manager regarding this matter, Ms. Marquez declined my request and refused to provide any contact information or guidance on how to file a formal complaint.
