this urgent care was so peaceful and nice. i come from new york so i was not expecting a relaxing experience such as this. the front desk, MAs and PAs were all so friendly and nice. it was quick and efficient. it felt like i was in a spa version of urgent care. i am very grateful for this location because they are one of few that take my insurance in boston
Traveling and sickness don’t combine well, but Carbon Health Immediate Care made it easier. Quick appointment, barely any wait time, took my insurance, and thorough. I felt so much better by evening. I really appreciate the folks at Carbon Health.
We were visiting Boston Friday, September 5, 2025; while hiring an Uber at Logan Airport my wife had a bad fall ripping a large piece of skin from lower left leg. We went to this urgent care as a walk-in. No wait, excellent care. Katya G , doctor had terrific bedside manner, concern, and medical skills to attend to my wife's wound. Seems convenient but has it's downsides. Might be better if you can wait to see your own physician. I paid more doing the services at Carbon Health then I would've having gone to my own doctor. If possible ask for an estimate for the services. I was billed the co-pay, after they double checked with my insurance I was billed again a month later then 6 months later I received a bill for a service I had previously been billed for from Health RX, their lab service.
Everyone is always so polite and listens with respect - also really appreciate the convenient location.
