Easy to get an appointment. Very nice staff. Professional. Clean rooms.
Why allow people to make an appointment when you don’t honor it. Be prepare to wait more than one hour even when you have an appointment.
Just had my first appointment with Armela, and I'm incredibly impressed. I hugged her. She has an incredibly warm bedside manner, listened closely to my concerns, and just acted human. The front desk and medical assistant were also excellent.
The woman up front, Ms. Jackson, is wonderful and super helpful. I was in a rush and she immediately got me in. She is super friendly and made the process far easier. Strongly recommend this lab because most labs are not nearly as well run as Ms. Jackson runs this lab.
