Over the years the care has generally been very good, and when I went yesterday with trouble breathing, it was excellent. However, I’m still upset about the time before, when it took them three tries to code the medication I needed correctly for my pharmacy. That time I gave them a rating of 3. Sent me to the er saying i need a ct scan to diagnose a concussion, The ER then told me that’s not how you diagnose concussions and i had pretty much waisted $135 due to your care team’s incompetence. i now cannot pay bills! Thanks for nothing! also i had a video appointment at 3pm today and it’s now 3:20. You clowns waste time and money
I tried this location for the first time last year as a walk-in. Overall I felt dismissed, but I still got my test done. This week I have tried to call them four different times and I’ve either been put on hold for over 20 minutes or hung up on after 10 minutes. I had questions! I ended up ditching my appointment and calling the Berkeley location. Not only did Berkeley answer within three rings, but she was helpful and quick. Went in for a sore throat with a chronic strep history. Discussed and requested specific set of testing. 2/3rds of the discussed testing was not performed. I reached out via messaging on the Carby app - no word. Reached out again, finally got a response that I can return at no charge to complete the testing. Got confirmation from the doctor, the scheduler and the attending nurse that the right testing would be performed at no charge. Instead the wrong testing was performed again. Not great in my experience. Staff didn't really understand basic description of symptoms. Most important: did not properly clean area before drawing blood. They opened a sanitizing wipe, barely grazed my skin with it and threw it away, and I thought "okay they're grabbing another wipe to clean it properly" because they reached back in the same area, but no, they just stuck the needle in without properly cleaning.
