Dr. Joshua and his team are always very attentive and caring. They create a very comfortable and an approachable environment. Sara at the reception was very warm and helpful.
Was a bit nervous to come in but the staff was very friendly and professional. Diagnosed my strep throat and proscribed me antibiotics. I was out the door in 20 mins.
Well I don't know why the lab tech wouldn't take my doctors prescription list that he advised me to provide the clinic due to the types of medication I'm on and he warranted me to disclose this. Also I had no clue my sample was being shipped to Florida. Of which has me concerned because a urine sample is only valid for 4hrs at room temperature. Now it's going across the country?
Reception was kind and considerate. There was very little wait time. Medical personnel were knowledgeable, helpful and professional. The overall experience was pleasant and I recommend anyone to use this service.
