Had an appointment for 9 am. Sat in an empty waiting room for 15 minutes until a maintenance guy came out and said they’re closed. Huh?
What is the point of having a phone number when they're always "closed", even on days they should be open. The calls go straight to voicemail
Carbon Health took me right away. The doctor was very professional, thorough and pleasant. I was extremely pleased.
Had a Great experience today at Carbon Health located in west Roxbury. Both Doctor Erica Boston and medical assistant Mirzada McKenna made me feel very comfortable and at home and showed they really care for their patients.
Looks like they’re closed. Went Monday for a walk in and no one is there, closed sign on the door. Phone goes straight to voicemail.
