I made a call to get some general information regarding a potential drug screen for Pre -employment. I have NEVER been spoken to in such a manner. Rachel was undeniably rude and unprofessional. She continuously over spoke me and when I tried to get better clarification of what she was saying, she gave me attitude and directed me to their website. Came in early for a DOT drug screen, waited a couple minutes to be spoken to by a rude front desk worker. She was heavy set with glasses. I told her what I was there for and showed her that my company scheduled something. She told me, “That doesn’t matter, you have to set an appointment!” Looking at the sign on the desk it says “walk-ins welcomed”. That led me to immediate confusion/anger for the lady. The receptionist or whoever picked my phone call to schedule my appointment was absolutely horrible. Her name is Rachel and she had one of the worst customer service ever. I felt rushed setting my appointment and she sounded like an absolute btch. Worst customer service ever. She could’ve done better.
The service at Carbon Health Urgent Care was quick and the staff was very informative! The prescriptions were sent to my pharmacist right away and I was home within an hour. Thank you!
