I am absolutely disappointed with Carbon Health's billing department. I have been coming here for a few years now and it's always easy to get an appointment and the staff seem knowledgable- despite the diagnostics procedure being predominantly AI. However, I recently received a charge- which I was told in person that I didn't actually owe- for a visit from a year ago for my daughter. I saw Dr Crystal Gillespe she was amazing and took plenty of time to explain all of my health needs she was thorough and very kind i would definable recommend. The entire staff was excellent and the facility was new and clean I just came back to this location in Sherman Oaks and Van Nuys Blvd. couldn’t be happier. I didn’t have a wait time. Everyone was courteous and the doctor was fabulous. Took my concern seriously explained what I should do and why …. highly recommend.
My urgent care pick! Clean, efficient, prompt, nice and professional! Great medical staff that is knowledgable. Also love the appointment ability!
Scheduling an appointment was easy and fast. Paperwork processing was equally easy and quick. A very short wait time before seeing a PA. My wound was treated carefully and efficiently. Their office was nearby, clean with a very pleasant staff.
