Both medical professionals were excellent. I walked in and they had two people ahead of me but were receiving me right away. I have to say it was obvious that the clinic was closing permanently. That is such a problem as San Rafael is a large city and caters to a different demographic then Corte Madera and Novato. You should have kept this wonderful clinic open. Loved my care from those two professional women.
The provider was wonderful, caring and efficient. The entire team was kind and thoughtful. It felt like everyone was invested in all three family members seen tonight. Appreciate it so much. Thanks for the quick thoughtful care!
Very kind medical staff.
I fell and injured myself past 6pm. I wasn’t sure what to do, until someone mentioned Urgent Care and Carbon Health was within walking distance. They were open until 7pm, and were so calming and professional, and consented to see me even though it was so close to closing. I feel much better, thanks to them, and now know how to proceed. I am so grateful.
Excellent! I felt cared for. Josh, at the front desk, went above and beyond to help me! I will revisit if I ever need to again.
