Everyone was nice and professional I was in and out fast the office was very clean
Love being able to schedule an appt for an urgent care and not be waiting hours. Clean, professional, efficient, really listens.
Physician that treated my child was great! However the lady at the front desk was not very friendly & didn’t attach my email to my daughters chart (which she should have asked for since my child is only 2 1/2 years old.) Now I don’t have discharge info that my pediatrician is requesting. I just got off the phone (Monday May 4th @915am) with the Placentia location that I went to and the girl this morning working at the front desk was incredibly rude!!
