This was my first experience with Carbon Health, and I was very pleased! This appointment was for myself. It was easy to schedule online same day, the receptionist greeted me right away and made the check-in process easy and efficient. I was seen on time, and the nurse and Physician's Assistant that I met with asked great questions. The P.A. (Madison) ordered an ultrasound and called me that evening to provide the results. Both Alma, the medical assistant, and Colette, the PA, were wonderful. They took time with me, and took the necessary tests in order to treat me.
I experienced the best urgent care ever! I had scraped the skin off my arm. It had been bleeding profusely. The staff at Carbon Health Urgent Care at Vintage Oaks in Novato took me in immediately. The staff is excellent, skilled, communicative and friendly. I was treated and bandaged in no time with supplies to take home in case I got the area wet. My son spiked a high fever and I was able to book an appointment with 20 minutes left in their work day at the Novato location. We raced to make it there before they closed and they were amazing. Misty and I don’t have the MD’s name were both so kind and welcoming and reassuring. So grateful they didn’t turn us away, we literally arrived five minutes before closing.
