They call themselves an urgent care but say they can’t do any pain meds other than Tylenol. Call yourself what you are which is just a normal clinic if you can’t handle urgent needs.
I went to the Saint Mary's North Valleys Urgent Care to get a TB skin test administered. I had a great experience. I got personal care since no other patients arrived while I was there. The MA who helped me was friendly and explained when and where I needed to go in 2-3 days to have it read. A very satisfactory patient experience.
Of course the only day that I need urgent Care they're closed on a Sunday. I had to drive 45 minutes to another place that accepted my insurance. If you guys are offering urgent care why aren't you open 7 days a week?
Friendly, professional staff. 1st time to stop by for a wellness check of my BP, while traveling through Reno. They made my visit easy. I'm very grateful for St Mary's availability.
