Had to use carbon health for a testing site and Dione knows exactly what he’s doing in that place he’s very professional and took care of me, Brian did the testing and did an outstanding job, great duo of gentleman!
They claim to be workers comp but not they're very specific about which workers comp they work with. Go somewhere else so you don't get turned away.
The staff was very nice, it was very clean and the wait time was low. I’d normally go back since my experience was great over all. However, and this is the reason for the rating, they did an in clinic test for a UTI (I was symptomatic) and they said it was negative. Okay that happens I guess. But then they said they were sending my sample in for a culture. I never got a call back from that sample, and a few days later I was in the hospital for a KIDNEY infection from an untreated uti. This was the best Urgent Care experience. The staff was super nice, with an appointment, we literally had no wait time and we were in and out in no time. I would definitely recommend this place and will not hesitate to go back if needed.
