Super duper helpful, and accommodating! Went out of their way to get me in! Very nice clean office.
Dr. Marisa Ya Kar doesn't respect the appointment time as if one had the time to ask for days off from work. The second time they postponed my appointment, Carbon Health really sucks. They are not responsible.
I had a positive experience at Carbon Health in Mountain View. I was able to get an appointment quickly and the office staff was polite and efficient. The business manager was very professional and easy to work with when I had a billing issue with their third party testing lab. I had previously called the corporate billing department, which was not great, but I got my issue resolved quickly when I went back to the San Antonio location. I would recommend Carbon Health for urgent care.
