I booked an appointment online and got there a few minutes early but ended up waiting for like 3 parties to be served by one receptionist/RN before they could see me and find out the system let them all schedule appointments at the same time as me I guess. Poor organization and understaffed otherwise the doctor saw me pretty quickly after the nurse checked me into my room.
The office was efficient & very polite. The PA, Mara, was professional & thorough. I felt very comfortable & in good hands. My situation was unique & Mara advised me to go to the hospital.
My experience was 5 stars. I had a fever and dry cough for several days. I saw the medical director who was reassuring and explained the course of the virus I had and the treatment plan. He and the staff were caring and professional. If I need urgent care again, this will be my go to spot.

This was one of the best urgent care visits Wonderful experience they were quick and so friendly.
