The staff was very helpful. The office was clean. Everything was explained clearly and all my questions were answered.
Open on time, was in and out with an appointment in 20 minutes and staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I will totally use them again if I need to. Only down side, the waiting room is small and when I went in no one wore a mask or cared about coughing on everyone else-which wasn’t the facility or staff’s fault but just be ready to be creeped out by other patients and their germs.
Easy to schedule an appt! Discovered this urgent care a few months ago and I am very impressed with how efficient they are. I am used to waiting a minimum 40 minutes so Carbon was a breath of fresh air, longest I’ve had to wait is 5 minutes. I’ve seen a different provider each time and they have all been great!
I’m 62 and needed urgent care for a fall and laceration in my head requiring a staple. This is the cleanest nicest urgent care I’ve ever been to with the nicest, most helpful and skilled PA and staff. I will never go to any other urgent care and if you want the best, I recommend you do the same
It was quick and easy. I’ll definitely go again if the need arises.
