They did an amazing job addressing my questions and concerns. The staff, medical assistant and PA were friendly and efficient. It’s sad to hear they are leaving Martinez because they have a great team that is fast and friendly.
The best service ever! I’m so sad to see that this place is closing down.
The facility is really nice, clean, and seemed organized. I made an appt the night before for the opening time, and was seen within about 30 min. There was staffing shortage so that created some delays. Shea Gillan PA-C was a wonderful clinician - warm, attentive, efficient. She arranged for x-rays at another location and a few hrs after that, she even followed up via the message on the app with the results and recommendations! I made an appointment for 9 am, so did 6 other ppl. There was only 1 clinician and 1 assistant. I ended up leaving before I even checked in, that was crazy. Not to mention there are only 6-7 of the most uncomfortable chairs ive ever propped myself up in so my feet would touch the floor. I haven't been in a couple of years, this experience definitely makes me think I won't go back.
Nice looking facility, friendly environment , convenient location And most of all great medical care!
