Tried to say my insurance was only in-network for their south facilities and it was going to be 215$ CASH. Insurance confirms Im covered at this specific alderwood location. Clearly some kind of scam going on here. Absolutely disgraceful. -update 9/17/25: called the number (on 9/8) that was provided in response to my initial review from the location manager. Quick service, employees are kind and helpful, very transparent about cost of service, willing to explain what is being done and why
My first visit here. The facility is fairly clean and efficient system. I booked easily online - they saw me on time with little to no wait time …. Definitely happy to have a good urgent care close to my home. Will consider coming here for future needs too
Doctor was good but we were seen an hour and 20 minutes after our scheduled appointment time. I’m not sure how they could run so behind at 8:30am. Also the room was dirty. Garbage in the sink, stains on the wall, dusty.
