Great service and care! I was able to schedule a same day appointment. Didn’t wait more than 5 minutes in waiting area or exam room. The P.A. was really nice, professional, very thorough. Hopefully I don’t have another emergency.. lol But if I do I know I’ll definitely go back. Thank you
Pushed me out the door and told me I needed to get a MRI. Did not even receive an order from the doctor or his contact information. They said there is nothing they can do and charged my insurance. Horrible experience, I’m still in neck pain, stuck waiting to call them once they open and see if I can find out who my doctor was and get the proper order. Find a state ran urgent care all these privately owned ones are just back yard doctors.
Professional and Friendly front office, Medical Assistants and the xray tech . The Nurse Practitioner was attentive to my symptoms, easy to talk to. He was great! I will recommend carbon Health 100%
