I have visited 2 Carbon health offices over the past few years and have consistently received excellent care. The receptionists have been kind and helpful.. The nurses and doctors have been thorough, knowledgeable and supportive.
Easy to make appointment online, professional front desk staff and clean waiting area, zero wait time.
Provider didn’t ever call me back about a urine culture and didn’t prescribe antibiotics when I voiced my discomfort! Horrible experience
Exceptional staff! Incredibly knowledgeable and helpful! Bloodwork/Labs are drawn in house which is very convenient! Short wait time, clean, and friendly environment! Highly recommend it to anyone requiring urgent medical assistance!
Never had such a terrible experience; extremely rude and unhelpful receptionist. Doctor turned my child away without any information or follow up and their condition became extremely worse because of their lack of care. Filing a complaint with the New Jersey Board of Medical Examiners if I can ever figure out who even tested my child since they sent them away without even a summary. Rider University parents stay away if your college student needs attention while away at school!
