My sis in law brought me here and the service and care was excellent!
I’ve been treated at this location multiple times and Heather (PA) is absolutely amazing! I was able to meet her manager during my most recent visit and he was absolutely amazing as well. Together they create a great environment for their clients. Thank you both.
The staff here is super nice and the P.A. was very helpful and attentive to my issue. 4 stars because of the examining room and the furniture. I got industrial clinic vibes but it was fine. Thank you, Carbon, LaQuinta.

"My daughter's appointment went great overall, with very professional staff. However, one person stood out - Jaime, the gentleman who called us to the back. When I asked where the restroom was, he rolled his eyes, which was completely unprofessional. That's not the kind of service I expect, especially when it's something as simple as directing someone to the bathroom."
