From the front desk Liliana then met with Vivian a Med Asst and finally Dena the Physician Asst all were compassionate caring and very skilled at their positions thanks Ladies for making an otherwise miserable day into a pleasant experience!!
They were very short handed today. The receptionist had to do double duty and was not present at the front desk. I had an appointment at 11:30 and still waiting to see the PA at 12:40. They seem to be trying their best. Lots of patients came in today.
I can’t say enough good things about Carbon Health Urgent Care in La Quinta! I recently brought in my foreign exchange student for her first U.S. doctor visit, and the entire team made what could have been a stressful experience feel completely smooth and welcoming.
