I went last week because I’ve had very severe sinus pressure to the point where my head and ears hurt and the doctor only prescribed me over the counter Benadryl and well as Musinex. My ears have not gotten better at all and keep in mind the doctor didn’t even check my ears to see if I have an ear infection. They’re usually pretty quick to attend patients but there was NO ONE there and I was there for 40 minutes just for the doctor to tell me to go to target and purchase musinex and Benadryl . Even during a busy rush and being understaffed they remain positive and friendly. Dr is great and reassured and answerered all my questions
The PA was very knowledgeable and explain everything to my husband!! Her manner made us feel comfortable and we both felt she cared about him.
Showed up after 5pm.. was busy. I was taken back within 15 mins. Normal wait time for busy place. I was not rushed and nurse conducted a good questions to find out my concerns. Doctor practitioner came in a short time later and did a great job of question and listen. She did not rush her question and diagnose. I left amazed that I wax taken care of and I was not rushed. Great service!!
