Short wait time, nice staff. It’s unfortunate that we will no longer be able to use this urgent care. This review is regarding their unscrupulous billing practices. They have you give your consent at time of service that if they’re unable to bill you, they will charge your credit card within seven days. I was told that because they didn’t have my email address they just charged my credit card. They had my phone number and home address on file. If they wanted to send me a bill they could have.
