Staff are very professional and knowledgeable. Easy to make an appointment, I actually like going to this office than my Drs. And I don’t have to wait over a week to get an appointment. 👍👍
Was seen by Dorian Valdez who walked in said thats eczema and literally walked me out. I asked if there would be a prescription and he said yes but it will come back worse once you stop using it. Turns out there was never a prescription since it was an OTC cream. Such a waste of time. It was actually an allergic reaction I fixed on my own. I don't recommend coming here and especially avoiding this PA.
I finally found a place that listens. Most urgent care try to tell the patient what they are feeling. Not this place, thank you for making me feel that I mattered.
It was busy but it went by fast. The lady at the front desk was very nice. The Dr. diagnosed me quickly and thoroughly. I would recommend Carbon Health when you need a quick Drs. visit.
