Great patient service by everyone. Friendly and helpful. I did forget to request med for my nebulizer, the girl who took my vitals said she would pass along to Katie. Might have missed the communication as I didn’t get a prescription for that.
Had difficulty sleeping last night due to severe congestion. So I hopped online and booked a 9:00 a.m. appointment the next morning. Everything went smoothly. The office staff and the medical personnel were so nice. The nurse practitioner (I believe her name was Katie) was particularly helpful. I will definitely use them again if needed. Not to mention my co-pay was lower than at other Urgent Care facilities. But that could be due to my insurance since I'm now on Medicare. My wife visited Carbon Health for a partially ripped off toenail. The front desk assured us they could help, which was not true. The provider, Tina Lane, immediately claimed that surgery was required and the nail had to be sewn back on—a statement that is medically inaccurate and unnecessary. As a result, our time was wasted, and insurance was billed for services that were not needed. This is unacceptable.
Visited clinic with broken toe. I was seen within a few minutes. No wait time. The staff was friendly and professional. X-rays were taken and my toe was bandage and stabilized. They answered all my questions.
