I love the professionalism
The provider Mr. Johnson was great! Sorry I couldn't remember his first name. It was easy to get an appointment online. I was in and out of there quickly! Highly recommend.
Should call and verify can be seen before scheduling appointment. They are also listed as an urgent care and are not necessarily one. They werent able to verify my medical information even though I was able to use it a week prior. Huge waste of time and very unprofessional. They should call and have people verify insurance before hand so they're not wasting their time.
One of the best experiences I’ve had in healthcare. I was able to schedule myself online easily, the check in process was fast and seeing a provider took no time at all. Everyone I encountered from the MA’s to both PA’s made me feel comfortable during such an anxious time for me. I really appreciate everyone’s professionalism. I highly recommend carbon health.
