This place asked for your debit/credit card on top of your health insurance even though having primary and secondary insurance before being seen. We have been to different places of urgent care in california and i retired as billing manager of an urgent care in Michigan. I never heard of this kind of policy in any medical center or hospital nationwide. I just want to share our experienced as i brought my wife to this location to be treated. All the staff members at the location were friendly and communicated thoroughly what they would be doing/checking and made my son feel at ease.
Friendly people they addressed my concerns with urgency.
I highly recommend this care facility. The staff is nothing short of amazing. I’ve been here with an appointment as well as a walk in. They truly care and take the time to make you feel comfortable.
Staff was professional, friendly and efficient. Honestly it was easier to do a sports physical here than through insurance.
