The staff is amazing.. I have been there a few times and I have never had a problem. They are always hospitable, courteous, nice and most of all they listen. From the front desk to the nurses to the doctors, you could not have a Better staff. I don’t know what I do without you guys. Thank you for everything that you do. I know that you make Eastvale a healthier place.
Don’t bother having appointments because they don’t care if you have an appointment or not. It’s first come first serve. The receptionist is super nice and kind. Besides that, if I had a non emergency and if I had an appointment I would not bother coming to this place.

Everything was good and prompt not too much wait time
I was a "walk in" client as I only began to experience the symptoms a day or so before and wasn't sure when I could fit in a visit to Carbon Health. When I arrived Crystal collected my information and said I had a couple patients ahead of me..expecting hours of wait time. Crystal said not long, perhaps a half hour!! She was almost right....it was only 20 minutes! Then an associate directed me for a sample for the lab and within another 20 minutes, the doctor came in, checked me and prescribed an antibiotic!
