The people who work here are so lovely. Very patient and kind. There was practically no wait time.
Jasmine was great and I watched a very rude dad of a teen be unkind and entitled in the lobby to her. She kept her cool and was very kind to me. But no one should have to endure that. You have a great employee that deserves an ice cream or yummy coffee drink!
Staff were kind and helpful and I got in immediately.
Needed help with a clogged ear after home treatment was not effective. Looked online and found Carbon Health and appreciated how they have their prices for the different services listed online if you aren't using insurance so you know ahead of time what you might be paying. They had appointments available right away and I was there being seen within the hour. The staff was friendly, helpful, and effective. There were no surprises as far as fees are concerned and I would absolutely recommend.
