ANDREW VERY BAD PATIENT SERVICE. LEFT ME ON HOLD OVER 25 MINUTES NEVER CAME BACK TO LET ME KNOW ANYTHING I HAD TO CALL BACK ON ANOTHER LINE TO ASK WHY I WAS STILL IN HOLD. THAT'S HORRIBLE.
Dr schumaker was great was very Thorough with my daughter care. He is concerned provider with the patients didn’t rush us. Took his time to explain what could be going on. He even let me know we can also reach him send a message on the patient portal and how important it was to follow up either back with him or my daughters PCP, the Medical assistant was very helpful as well she took time to ask questions regarding the reason we were there ..
