The providers see you quickly and are effective. Staff is really nice. The only issues I have are the lack of communication. I’ve tried on multiple occasions to contact them through the carbon app as well as calling. They do not answer through the app and if they do it’s days later. I’ve tried leaving messages asking for call backs on a few separate occasions and have only been called back once. Staff is nice and effective just poor communication

The worst experience I ever had here !!!! I normally come here and I’m greeted with a smile ! & checked in . Today as soon as I walked in I was told there is 3 others in front of us & I said well we have an appointment she never took our name or anything just said sit down very rudely !
Very nice & professional. Booked a time and took me right away.
