While there were few people in the waiting room, there was still a 60 minute wait. The staff was friendly, but the P.A. Michael Darius was horrible. He didn't introduce himself, use my name, or even look at my chart until he was in the room. He never mentioned my significant medical history or current treatment, and never let me finish a full sentence about what was going on. He didn't care to ask what I may be concerned about. I've been to this Urgent Care for TB tests and was happy because they were fast. But this time, I went with what turned out to be a severe case of strep throat. I was very disappointed with their poor service. First off, there were NO customers, so I thought I'd be given ample service. Not so. The staff was wandering around the office, laughing and goofing off. I still had to wait. And when I saw the doctor, he gave me only a couple of minutes. I love this place! They make seeing a doctor super convenient and Dr Burrell is the man. Definitely heading back, 10/10!
What a fantastic primary care experience! They are tech forward, the doctors are fantastic and patient, and the experience was as convenience as I've experienced in healthcare. All healthpractices should be like this.
There is a reason there are so many complaints about this place! I found them to be very unethical and untruthful. They are only interested in getting your money.
I reacted to the altitude and cat that was in our vacation rental. Didnt bring my inhaler and set up an appt with a doc. That morning felt like passing and panicked by calling paramedics. Didnt need to be transported but drove to the scheduled dr appt. They took my vitals and pulse oximeter which was normal but referred me since they didn’t have resources to treat.
