Natalya was great, she was personable and the service I received was great.

The MA/receptionist Natalia was very rude when I first walked in, stating someone was there before me (yes, she was in the parking lot before me) and that she had priority, before even asking if I had an appt or was just walking in. I set an appt for 8 so I could be seen right away to make it to work on time. She was dismissive of my question if I would still make it back on time, and snapped at me.
