I had an infection that swelled up my cheek. & was in a lot of pain. I was talked into going to Urgent Care. I’ve never heard great things about most of them so was hesitant. But I was desperate & in pain. I must say I was seriously impressed! I was triaged by a very nice technician & then seen by Joevelyn. Who was informative & caring. I had an appointment scheduled for my DOT physical and drug test, but when I arrived, I was told they didn’t have anyone qualified to perform it that day and was rescheduled to an office in Paso Robles. I drove out there, only to be told that they don’t accept the ePassport that my employer provided. Now I’ve had to make the trip twice, wasting my time and money on gas, only to be rescheduled again.
