Went to Carbon Health urgent care in Atascadero today because primary provider was unavailable (no surprise, grrrr). My fourth visit in the last few years. As always the staff and care was excellent. Griselda (receptionist), Sarah (medical assistant), and wonderful PA Kelsey were all welcoming, professional, and kind. Thanks to all!
I made an appointment online as suggested. I was greeted politely. The receptionist took a few moments to fill out all the paperwork. I signed it and waited maybe 5 minutes to see the RN, then the NP. Straightforward and to the point. I was definitely heard. Quiet, clean office area and exam rooms. A refreshing experience for certain!
I made an appointment and they were able to diagnose me right away. I don’t go to urgent cares much, but they are my place to go. I have been in the North County for 35 years. Thank you.
