The staff were really nice and were able to get me checked in for my appt. The nurse and the doctor who saw me were great listeners and I felt comfortable to come back for future visits if I were to get sick again.
Excellent care from start to finish. The staff at Cottage Urgent Care were kind, efficient, and professional. My daughter was seen quickly and felt genuinely cared for. Highly recommend! Special shoutout to Lora , Jennie , Shannon & Joseph.
The staff was courteous, quick and helpful.
I was seen quickly and efficiently by the nurse practitioner, Kelsey. She quickly removed a hearing aid cushion from my ear. However, I had first been to the Paso Robles office and was told they did not have the appropriate tool. I was not examined. I feel that if they had examined me, the object could easily been removed as it was not deeply lodged.
