Angel sat on her computer with her two drinks while the waiting room was at capacity and she refused testing.
Samantha, was super kind and made me feel at ease right away. She explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and never made me feel rushed. Angela, was also amazing—she checked in to make sure everything went smoothly and really showed that she cares about patients. Both of them made my visit stress-free and comfortable. Honestly, the best customer service I’ve had in a long time!
⸻ I had such a great experience today with Angel, Samantha, and the nurse practitioner who conducted my physical exam (unfortunately, I didn’t catch her name, but she was incredibly kind and sweet). There was a billing discrepancy with my employer, and the staff at Carbon Health handled it seamlessly, making the process stress-free. I am appointment when I needed. Check was easy, did some of it one phone before I got there. Was seen very promptly. Every was taken care of and a follow up was set up.
