⸻ I had such a great experience today with Angel, Samantha, and the nurse practitioner who conducted my physical exam (unfortunately, I didn’t catch her name, but she was incredibly kind and sweet). There was a billing discrepancy with my employer, and the staff at Carbon Health handled it seamlessly, making the process stress-free. I am appointment when I needed. Check was easy, did some of it one phone before I got there. Was seen very promptly. Every was taken care of and a follow up was set up.
I made my appointment less than 30 minutes before the scheduled time and even thought there were other people waiting they got me right in and took care of my problem. Out and home within 30 minutes of my appointment. Great job and thank you.
